Today is a day that comes full circle for Him. This man was recruited by both schools to play football only to end up coaching with the basketball programs at BOTH.

He ran the off season and off court program at Purdue AND UCONN men’s basketball, no one else in this building can put that on their resume.

I watched this man go above and beyond to make sure that these kids were prepared for not only the next game, but ultimately their futures.

It is an honor to watch you work Mr. Roberts.

He may not ever toot his own horn but I am ALWAYS going to sing his praises, accolades, and accomplishments from the mountain tops.

I believe in everything that you stand for. I know that the greatest most unbelievable successes will continue to follow you. You are marked for greatness.

You will continue to amaze yourself and others as you constantly find ways to innovate and elevate. You design elite programs, you build elite athletes, first round, top performing athletes.

One of my biggest goals as a parent is to make sure that I raise financially savvy children up to be financially savvy adults.

As a mom, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of caring for little ones. I found myself feeling overwhelmed until I realized that naptime is the perfect opportunity for some much-needed self-care.

Here’s what I’ve started doing during those precious moments of quiet – maybe they’ll inspire you too!

1️⃣ Peaceful Reading: I’ve rediscovered my love for reading. It’s amazing how a few pages of a good book can be so rejuvenating.

2️⃣ Mindful Moments: A brief meditation or some deep breathing exercises help me reset and find my inner calm. I have a bunch of really great guided meditations over on my YouTube channel if you need them 💕

3️⃣ Creative Outlet: Whether it’s journaling, sketching, painting or even coloring a picture, I give myself space to express my thoughts and feelings creatively.

4️⃣ Enjoy a Warm Drink: I cherish these moments with a cup of tea or coffee, just sitting and savoring the quiet.

This has been a game changer for me, and I hope it can be for you too. If you’re a mom finding your way through the chaos, remember it’s okay to take a moment for yourself. Your well-being matters.
